My daughter’s been sleeping through the night for the first time in months, and the relaxation effect kicks in about 20 minutes after she takes one. It’s been a game changer for navigating her moody after-school hours.

The 5-in-1 formula actually made a visible difference for my son during finals week—he slept through the night for the first time in ages, and his mood stayed steadier through the day. Took about four days to really kick in, but now it's part of our nightly routine.

My daughter actually looks forward to taking these at night, and I swear the relaxation benefit is real—she's been falling asleep a full hour earlier since we started. The 5-in-1 formula covers everything from mood to sleep, which is exactly what we needed for her stressful school weeks.
