Bedtime tantrums have dropped off so much since we started these—the magnesium citrate really seems to take the edge off before lights out. The gummies are soft and easy to chew, which matters when you've got a picky five-year-old.

Jacob ★★★★★

My kids actually remind me it's gummy time now, which never happened with their old chewable vitamins. The magnesium citrate seems to take the edge off their bedtime zoomies without making them groggy, and the texture is soft enough for my 4-year-old to chew easily.

Lily N. ★★★★★

The magnesium citrate in these has been a game-changer for our wind-down routine—my daughter actually asks for her gummy before bed now. They’re soft enough that she chews them without complaint, and the calm effect is noticeable within about twenty minutes.
